Refunds Policy

**Note: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order on arrival (whether item is misprinted / damaged / defective / not your size) please contact us at we want all customers to feel good about their purchase and if you don't we will always make it right. satisfaction guarantee.**

Our policy lasts 30 days - you have 7 days to contact us regarding any issues and 15 days to return it from the date received.   If the item is in your possession more than 15 days, it will be considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must contact our returns department at  once we have confirmed your purchase we will need tracking information on the returned items with a list of which items are being returned. 

Damaged items:  The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then  please  get in touch with us within 7 days -  get in touch with us at

Wrong size:  If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Restocking fees may apply up to 15%.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
